Training courses for MTP management competence: For staffs who will be promoted to unit directors, they have to be certified by passing this training course. The purposes are as follow: to prepare the unit directors and their successors to understand the concentration of the jobs, to improve management and leadership competence, to be well responsible for management and leadership, and to demonstrate the effectiveness in management and leadership.
Training course for TWI coaching: For those primary level staffs to be promoted to the section and subsection level, they all have to be certified for passing the course. The purpose is to help the primary level staffs understand and practice completing their daily managerial duty, and also recognize the five basic requirements of their responsibility.
