Internal Instructor Training

The aim is to cultivate internal professional personnel and instructors for the company, such that the employees can bring their professional skills into full play and achieve the company’s goal of experience sharing and knowledge transfer. The training will ultimately elevate work efficiency as well as professional knowledge and skills of the employees. Aside from setting up an administration for internal instructors, new internal instructors have also been proactively recruited and trained.

Professional Engineer Training

The purpose is to reinforce the fundamental professional knowledge and skills of the engineers. For individual engineer, the company sets up a series of job training activities for professional knowledge development and issues certificates. In addition to the relevant knowledge and skills of the process for which each engineer is responsible, they also have basic knowledge of all other related processes to provide customers with the best product quality.

Training courses for MTP management competence

For staffs who will be promoted to unit directors, they have to be certified by passing this training course. The purposes are as follows: to prepare the unit directors and their successors to understand the concentration of the jobs, to improve management and leadership competence, to be well responsible for management and leadership, and to demonstrate the effectiveness in management and leadership.

Training course for TWI coaching

For those primary level staffs to be promoted to the section and subsection level, they all have to be certified for passing the course. The purpose is to help the primary level staffs understand and recognize the five basic requirements: completing their daily managerial duty, learning work teaching skills, improving and communicating methods and steps, promoting ranks of fresh level staffs, thereby his/her own management skills.

Project Management Training

Personnel who are promoted to project engineer/project manager or above must pass the training and obtain certification for project management, planning and execution processes. Through intense courses and evaluation, all future team leaders are trained with project management skills and also the abilities of fresh level managers are strengthened to manage projects of all sizes.
