The Board of Directors resolved the appointment of financial administrator Eva Liao as the corporate governance director on May 5, 2021, to safeguard shareholders' rights and benefits and enhance the functional capability of the Board of Directors; the main responsibility is to provide directors with the data required for carrying out their duties and the information regarding the latest legal developments related to organizational operations to help directors achieve legal compliance are the main missions of the governance team. The financial administrator is capable of engaging in accounting, financial, stocks affairs or discussion also have above 10 years work experience. In addition, the office of the chief financial officer will also be responsible for matters regarding corporate governance as below:

(1) Handling matters related to resolutions of the board of directors meeting and shareholders' meeting.

(2) Assist in the promotion and strengthening of corporate governance.

(3) Apply for company registration and change registration.
